This intricate design is perfect for crafting stunning wall art! It always amazes me how easily one can turn ordinary paper into extraordinary work of art. And you can do it too! Beautiful multilayered owl cutting file is easy to cut and easy to assemble. It’s also perfect for laser cutting.
The original size is 19 x 21 cm. I wouldn’t recommend making it smaller because after stacking all 12 layers some reduced parts can be hard to see.
These cutting files are designed to be used with the electronic cutting machines and laser cutting machines.
In the zipped folder you will find svg, dxf, and eps formats. There are also 3 folders with 12 separate cutting files for each file format.
- DXF files can be used by Silhouette users. This format can be opened with the free software version of Silhouette Studio.
- EPS files – for Adobe Illustrator, Inkspace, Corel Draw and more.
- SVG files – for Cricut Explore, Silhouette Designer Edition, Brother Scan and Cut “Canvas” software, Adobe Suite, Inkspace, Corel Draw and more.
For paper projects like this or 3D paper art I usually use 160-200 gsm. paper. That’s because after 10 years of working with paper I noticed that heavier paper is more tricky to work with. It need more time to adhere together, more skills to bend as you need, especially if there are small pieces.
